Kyle Zhang is the artist whom drew the pieces on this page.
This artist shows off this style to perfection. Some times in a subtle way, like the lion stone head.
Other times, in an overt way, where the dots are more in evidence. The second drawing below, the portrait, shows a neat execution of this form of art. All of the dots are positioned neatly. They are supposed to stand out. Make the dot in a feature. Whilst in other drawings, they blend in, to make the whole picture look more realistic.
