Ink Animals in Surreal Drawings

The good type of strange, with plenty of surreal animal drawings.

Illustrator and Designer Karen Adendorff is the artist who created all of the drawings on this page.

In truth, not all drawings contain animals.  The human cyclist carrying the house on his back (see drawing 7).  The elf on his modified bicycle (see drawing 9).  Finally, the world of mushrooms in a jar (drawing 10).  

I love the cosy feel of the houseboat.  The tilted part of the upper part of the building adds to the feeling of surrealism when you look at it.

Finally, the freedom of the world in a jar.  The view taken from the ground with the mushrooms, looking up at the trees.  How you can get to it and what secrets does it hold for its visitors?...
