Gorgeous patterns using colourful ink markers and the zentangle style of drawing.
Eni Oken drew all of the shapes on this page and has this to say on her Instagram page: "Exploring and teaching Art, Fantasy and Zentangle"
If you click zentangle on the first paragraph, you can see more examples of this art form. In many of the previous posts, I have added a complete description of how this illustration works. All of the rules that govern it's execution.
Back to Oken's work. I love the intricate design work and the amount of subtle detailing that pepper this page. These images are drawn on small cards/sheets and apart from the blank frame running the length of the perimeter, the rest is completely saturated with colours. The layering of them and patterns are a thing of beauty. My advice: Just spend a little while looking at it closely.
Have fun with Oken's work.
Ps. I gave the images some titles.
