Many of them are based on real people. The @ and name refer to their handle on their Instagram accounts. The rest is based on the anime series League of Legends. The two characters are sisters VI and Jinks.
I love the variety and the uniqueness of Devon's work. There are accents of different mediums and colours. A way of executing art that definitely sets this artist apart.
