Sketchbook drawings of an eclectic number of subjects.
Italian Artist Stefano Congiu created all of the drawings on this page.
Ships, trains, a church, animals, food art and a drop of water.
All of the subjects above are bound to hit one you are interested in. In fact, all I can think of right now is the thought of eating the cake. I am between meals and I am getting really hungry. I know it's not a realistic drawing, but just the thought of all of the shops displaying them at this time of year, is more than enough.
Think of something else... The steam train! I know they are/weren't good for the environment, but they are so beautiful and everything from the design to the sound they make on the track, the whistle and the colous, make an impression modern ones seem to lack.
Next is the little black and white squirrel and the deep red cherries. Sweet animal and great contrast between the two.
As a final example of what to expect in this post, I nominate the samurai. He seems to be phasing in or out of this dimension. Love the style and the concept of this drawing.
These and more of Congiu's art await you below. Enjoy your Thursday; it puts you on the final leg of the week.
