Architecture drawings expressed in ballpoint pen, pencil and black ink fineliner.
Shorove drew all the houses and homes contained in this post.
A collection of buildings that span the world. Specifically: Italy, China, Japan, Vietnam and Switzerland.
So many different types of architectural designs and drawing style approaches. Some of these locations are more recognisable than others. That said, all of them have in common a fantastic amount of detailing and beautiful, very interesting sights and views.
The water drawings are my favourite. The drawing of Venice and the Chinese village on the water's edge, right after the Italian city.
Then I like the Vietnamese bus/tram making its way through the tiny street. It reminds me of one of the Sudio Ghibli creatures.
So much to see in each illustration and in their combined number.
I hope this post and Shorove's work welcome you into the new week in a relaxed and gentle way...
