MerMay is like Inktober. It's a combination of two words: Mermaid + May. It's a month-long drawing challenge. The objective is to draw mermaids after having been given a different prompt for each day of the month.
They mix with lovely animals that also include a very docile shark. There is one hybrid of a mermaid and an octopus to turn up the dial on the interesting scale.
Different poses, amazing shading and the use of white pencil to highlight all sorts of intricate detailing to bring you the very best look of this illusive creature.
