Architecture drawings of Polish cities and one of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
Polish Artist Pawel Gladkow drew all of the buildings contained on this page.
I love the combination of graphite and what looks like charcoal details on this tan background paper. The lighter shades of the sheet make the sketches look like vintage representations.
I have to commend Gladkow for the choice of subject. It's lovely examples of classic architectural design, with so many beautiful details adorning each part of them.
I like them all, but I love two in particular: The first is the maritime theme of the picture of the Amsterdam scene. The second one is the one that depicts Dzierzoniow 1. A classic 19th century style with those beautiful turrets on either side of the building.
