Drawings of birds in ink.
French Artist Pxl Syl drew all of the feathered beings you see on this page.
The avian life you see in this post is first drawn with a black ink marker and then subtly coloured in using various hues.
Most of the birds are sitting on branches with two notable exceptions: The hummingbird approaching the flower and the large stork taking in a view of its surroundings.
I like how these sketches perfectly represent the animals and also the feel of the real animal. One aspect that really helps, is the addition of nature to give them context and add to the familiarity of the scene.
