Swedish Artist that goes by the name of Tjet72 drew all of the people you see on this page.
I am not too sure about the mediums used. On the site, the artist lists the following: Pencil and digital art. If I had to guess, I would say that the main figure and a few other details are done in pencil. The subtle colouring, stark outline all around, the shadow and highlights are done with digital art.
Now that I look at them again, it sounds about right. Cool poses, expressions and their proportions make for a fantastic combination of details.
They truly make an impression when viewed individually. As a group though, they look even more striking.
