Iman Rostami drew all of the images you see on this page.
The detailing and the expressions are superb. Faces with so much character, expressed in lines and less than perfect features. Some of the beautifully levigated features belong to figures that look like marble statues.
Head hair and facial hair play a big role in the images you see in this post. Their designs are both meticulously thought through and detailed.
When it comes to favourites, it has to be the image of Neptune or Poseidon, god of the seas. This picture has been recreated by many artists and that is because it holds so many interesting aspects about it. Have a look at it. It's a wonderful collection of so many wonderful details and all in one portrait.
The second drawing I love just as much, but for different reasons. It's not as polished as the previous drawing, but it contains all of the interest of the first one. The proportions of the features, the hair and the way they all come together to bring this very interesting looking character to prominence.
