Colombian Artist Mateo Pizarro specialises in these tiny drawings, sometimes created using ink and other times, using graphite. Given their size, you would think that the only way to successfully complete one of these drawings would be by making them simple and avoiding complex detailing. Pizarro does not subscribe to this theory and manages to insert beautiful complexity into them, making the illustration fascinating to look at and not just for their size.
