Hungarian Tamas Cserep started off as a Tattoo Artist and now uses digital art to communicate his ideas and concepts.
He explains how his work is a dream come true. With a love for drawing and creating, Cserep opened a company that allows him to do this all day.
He started by publishing his work on social media platforms and creating commissions for admires / clients all over the world. It has grown to a level where it now his full time job.
There have never been so many possibilities for artist on the internet. I know... so much competition out there, that you can get drowned out.
My advice is work hard, find a unique voice in your art, cultivate relationships with your fans / prospective clients and work hard. I know I repeated this last one twice, but there is no other substitute for it.
If you start up on your own, you will have to wear many hats: Artist, social media curator, PR, etc... Be patient, committed and get to the point where your work is so good and special, that it does most of the talking for you.
