Geometry showing off though the talents of this artist.
Shalini Rajesh describes her work and passion in the following way: "I am an Artist and I do Kerala mural painting, Zentangle and Kolams."
Shapes come together on this post, with a plethora more on Rajesh's Instagram page. A kaleidoscope of pattern creation, with so many different colors and combinations of designs.
For those who are new to this style, a brief description: The original Zentangle drawings were always created on 3.5 inch (8.9 cm) square tiles; with a view that tiles could then form a larger pattern when brought together. Originally black and white was the only accepted color pallet.
Let geometry inspire you. Never thought those words would sound right in a sentence? Have a look and see if they speak the truth.
Enjoy your Friday.

DeleteI hope you both have a wonderful Friday and start to the weekend. 🌿️🌺️🌿️

under the microscope takes that tile out of the ordinary...
ReplyDeletei've seen a lot of tiles like the others which are so fun to look at but that one, is just a step above because of the 'magnifying' technique.
It does stand out. Like the colors as well. Have a fantastic day. 🌿️🌺️🌿️
