Drawing on beaches, using the rake and sand as his medium and canvas.
Jben Beach is the French artist whom finds art in the sand.
A beautiful execution and an interesting story about how they are achieved, is something I am going to spend a little time on.
The artist is located on the west coast of France and uses the beaches in that location. The illustrations can vary between 30 and 100 meters (98 and 328 feet). There is a time limit to his creations, as he only has four hours on average to create, before the tide comes in.
Jben doesn't always get to site with a specific idea; he improvises on the spot. He uses a drone to take the photo of the finished piece, but doesn't use it for checking intermediate stages.
Now for the best part: Jben has been making a full time living with his art since 2015. Commissions come from people, companies and organisations.
Amazing work and precision of execution which makes this feet even more astonishing.
