Admittingly, I don't know much about Pokémon. That said, Canadian Artist Dani does an amazing job by making me fall in love with each and every one, of these cute little creatures.
Her use of color pencils and the quality of the finish, blending and highlighting, is simply sublime. I haven't included them here, but just in case you doubt these were created by hand, her site has WIP and videos showing the process.
People thinking these are made with software, just pay homage to a very proficient artist and the quality of the finish of her drawings.
