Gabriela Niko drew all of the art on this page.
There are two exceptions to the description right at the top. They are the two architectural drawings I have added. The theme is portraits, but these are too nice to leave out.
There is a lot to like about all of the art on this post. Apart from the buildings, there are a few more, which grab my attention a little more than the rest.
The first drawing down. The comfortable sitting position. The improvised patch on the shoulder, the mismatched socks. The unlaced shoes. The empty juice carton at her side and the direct look. An every day scene captured in all of its spontaneity. No need to clean up or sort out the details, to make them more tidy.
The hair colour/s of the second drawing. So cool and beautifully layered. No precise bands. Rather a sense of freedom in the application.
The seventh drawing down. A mixture of a WIP and a minimalist drawing. A definite choice to highlight the expression of the person depicted and the subtle lighting painting her face.
