Sweet animals and majestic nature, in ink drawings.
German Artist Nelaluna drew all of the images you see on this page.
The combination of animals and nature is a powerful and serene combination of forces.
The intricacy of the illustrations, coupled with the amount of detailing present in each picture, really makes it a joy to go through Nelaluna's work.
I have three drawings that encapsulate the awesomeness of these drawings.
The first is the baby links (Drawing 4.) It's cute expression and baby fluffy fur are what I like most about this piece. Plus the spotted strands of fur. Nice touch.
The second is the weeping willow (Drawing 2.) This is the beautiful drawing that represents nature. The details on the meandering trunk and the bare branches, do a marvellous job at showcasing this impressive tree. Btw. The willow is one of the fastest growing trees in the world, but has an average lifespan of 30 to 40 years.
The third drawing, the one that brings animals and nature together, is represented by the raven in the forest (Drawing 5.) They sit side by side and they look like they are beginning to meld into one another.
Have a look through these images and see if you agree. Plus, have a look at the rest and see if you would have made the same choice I have.
