This site has showcased so many animal drawings and paintings. They are all different in a way, because they have the input from the artist. Even if the reference is the same, there will always be a difference in the human touch. If you vary the reference, that difference is even more marked. Different poses, expressions and perspectives ensure you are always looking at a one of a kind. Especially if the animal you are depicting is one that is not commonly seen and recreated.
There are some of the points I mentioned above in this post. A wonderful collection of differing animals and mediums that show just how much our environment has shaped us through time.
