Katie Alves creates beautiful and very varied makeup paint effects on herself. Some of them as you are going to be able to see, are activated by Black Light, for a stunning effect in the dark. In the paired images below, the one on the left is in the light and the one on the right is in the dark. We have included a tutorial that shoes you how and what she applies to her face, plus a Gif Animation from her film inspired eye make-up collection.
