Emotions run deep in this post. They manifest through expressions. The range is more than sufficient to grab your attention and to make you wonder what thoughts or circumstances might have brought about such looks.
The other thing I have commented about in the title of the images are the different hairstyles. Some are really wild and others are more sedate.
Lines and hatching provide blocks of interest alongside the faces. They help centre the image and give the impression of a hard surface next to the head.
Happy, sad, relaxed, curious, dreamy, stern and more. That is, of course, if you agree with my assessment. You might think the people are signalling something quite different from what I see...
