Tina and Luke first started Backcountry Tiny Homes in 2016 to provide custom designs that could operate off grid. Practical and functional design means that this 204 ft² (19 m²) house, actually look and feels much bigger when you are inside. When you need some fresh air you can visit the rooftop balcony and just relax. If for nothing else, these tiny houses make us reassess our priorities and get us to think about what is really important. We can then work out the things we really need and can't live without and the things that are just clutter. Can you imagine we treated this house as we do with our homes and kept buying and buying things? We would no space to move.
