Enhancing our culinary experience, by engaging another one of our senses, sight.
Korean Barrista Lee Gwan Bin, working out of C. Through Cafe in Seoul, draws these lovely images on the drinks of his customers.  It must be quite a popular practice, with a lot of requests from his fans, as I have seen on his social media page, limits to the amount of custom art per day and they have to be pre-booked.  You know what they say, "You eat with your eyes", I guess the same must apply to drinks.  You get to enjoy your own personal food art exhibit and then the sweet tasting, fully flavoured drink, you ordered.  Btw no mention about the colors, I am guessing, food grade coloring.
