Lines and shading that make very convincing expressions on beautiful portraits.
When you break it down it's as easy as that and even if this description almost seems irreverent, my intentions are completely the opposite. If you kept drawing random lines on a page, chances are that, eventually, you might have something that would approximate a face. To get something as accurate, detailed and proportionate as these drawings, created by Japanese Artist Chibana, the odds would be very difficult to calculate. Artists spend years, to hone in the required skills, to produce a good likeness. Endless ours practising and a true dedication to their hobby or profession, is what fuels them and gets them to these levels. I hope you enjoy the lines below, that Chibana arranged, especially for your enjoyment.
