The amount of detailing seems to vary between the drawings in this post. They fluctuate between realism and hyper-realism.
Three celebrity pictures I was able to find are those of: Monica Bellucci from the movie Malena. Julianne Moore. Not sure if this likeness is taken from one of her movies. Finally, Gary Oldman playing Sirius Black, in the movie Harry Potter.
The other pictures in the post are just as fascinating. They seem to appear as a glow out of the paper. Two of them, also include cats.
