University lecturer 1Way (一尾) is the artist who created all of the drawings on this page.
I like this artist's approach to drawings and the buildings chosen. They also includes a section of architectural structures, which are often neglected by artists. I am talking about "Shops". If you press the link above, you will be able to see different posts where this subject is studied and celebrated.
If I had to pick one drawing from the shop section and one from the residential one, I would go for the following:
From the first category I would choose the first drawing down. It has two shops which complement each other: The cafe and the antique shops. They could be rolled into one. Think about it... You would be able to try the furniture, before buying it. I hear many of you calling out: "What about breakages and damages?" What about this? Antiques on the perimeter and on the walls, whilst the clients are on everyday tables in the middle?
Sorry. Got carried away there...
As far as the residential buildings are concerned, I would choose the cottage in the forest. It's the 7th drawing down. A magical little place, where the noise is your own and of your neighbours: Nature and all of the little critters living alongside you.
