Serbian Artist that goes by the name of BlackSnake1977 created all of the drawings on this page.
These are two bodies of work from this artist. I have braided them together to alternate them all the way down the page.
The detailing is so subtle and beautiful on both kinds of illustrations. Zoomed-in versions help see the different aspects of the face explode with clarity. Take for example the eyes on the 8th drawing below. That glint on the iris, coupled with the expression and that lovely shine on the nose. They all help amp up the realism in the depiction.
The combination of all of the factors that constitute the 8th and the 5th drawings, make them the top in each group. They truly embody the best qualities of each approach.
