Maryna Statkevych drew all of the likenesses you see on this page.
The first drawing above fits beautifully. They look like they are looking at each other and that is why she has that smile on her face.
Incidentally, the first drawing below is my favourite for the humans. it's the way Statkevych captured that genuine smile that I find so captivating.
In the second image, I like the sweet pose of the dog and the way the artist gives the drawing a 3D appearance. She does it by making the dog look like it's straddling a step?
The third drawing sports another wonderful smile. Can you see how his eyes are smiling as well?
My favourite animal is the cat in drawing 6. It looks so much like a beautiful wild, big cat. I really like that widened face and those fantastic-looking ears. Attention to detail on the fur is another quality that deserves mentioning.
The last mention has to go to the last drawing in the post. What I like about this image is the need of the human to bond with the dog. It looks like it's more than the other way around. The man looks happy, mostly grateful for this new little friend becoming a part of his life...
