Hungarian Artist Sandor Vamos from Vamos Art, kindly shares the secrets of how to draw a 2D drawing whilst making it look like a 3D one. Further more, he shows us how to draw optical illusions and anamorphic drawings. We have static images, but that is not enough to learn, so we added a few videos by Vamos, that will hopefully give you a tutorial on how to conquer these techniques.

this were the best techniques i ever saw...!!!
ReplyDeleteWow! If I give your technique a try will the illusion still work if I place my drawing into glass frame?
ReplyDeleteThank you for your question, The Artist is Sandor Vamos.
DeleteIf you are using the Optical Illusions technique it will not work because you have to fold the paper.
If you are using the Anamorphic technique it should work but, you would have to add another color (for contrast) to compensate for the background behind the cut-out portion. The best way is to just try a simple sketch and see if works. Hope this helps. have a lovely day. DS
