Thomas Letor creates drawings with pencils and pens. For this post we are going for the latter.
On his social media page there is a short video of him in a cafe (I think) drawing a portrait of a child, as the kid moves around. Proving a higher lever of drawing skill.
In this post there are cutouts of the portraits and the original photo. They show how close in proportion and detailing they are to each other. There are some drawing studies. Lastly celebrity, from Game of Thrones. That series has been written off by many people. The prequel is coming out this year and I am curious to see how well it's received.
My favourite is one that might not be an obvious at first. If you look down the page, it's the penultimate one. The amazing detailing on the trousers can easily be missed. It highlights just how subtle details can be and how all of them join together to give us that realistic look and feel.
