Runa Kato (加藤 瑠菜) is the Japanese coffee artist at the centre of the art on this page.
So many characters from pokemon, anime and other animated movie creatures. They are really a mixture between a sculpture and a drawn on details.
Such an amazing form of art, which uses milk foam to recreate shapes of loved and famous children's characters.
On Kato's social media page, there are short videos of the artist moving and adding detailing to these lovely eatable constructions.
