These are the wonderful drawings created by Singaporean Artist Alex Tang. I refer to them as ethereal, because they have the features of human but none of the slight or more notable imperfections, which characterise our faces.
Lines, slight asymmetric inbalances and so on. I love features that show ageing. Lines and all sorts of unique characteristics and proportions. I also like seeing these illustrations. Not as a model to aspire to or perfection, but almost like a different species. Everything is balanced and in the right place in the right proportion.
Hair strands so subtly separated from one another. Lying perfectly next to each other in a beautiful, immaculate hairstyles.
Digital art mimicking pencil drawings plus, the human faces/expressions, in a flawless execution.
