Recycled Re-Purposed Furniture Sculptures

Benjamin Rollins Caldwell of BRC Designs, is one of those designers with a definitive artistic and imaginative view of the possibilities that everyday objects hold.  He uses all sorts of materials, mostly recycled, to construct one of a kind, pieces of furniture.  @brcdesigns constructs his pieces as they were sculptural art pieces with a practical use.  In the article we have shown a few of the materials he uses in the construction of his furniture that doubles as art (brass pipes. book ends. Cable Tension Furniture

Interesting Designer with Architectural background, American Robby Cuthbert originally started constructing sculptures using Cable in Tension to keep them in place.  When he became more proficient he started making furniture.  The Cables as well as having a structural function provide beautiful patterns that can be admired along side the Sculpture / Furniture.  The Article is divided in 2 parts,  in the first the furniture, in the second the sculptures.

Foldable Furniture
