Sweet looking characters throughout. A fantastic starter kit for daydreaming.
I include in the decryption above, the trees and the shoe architecture houses. I am sure the latter was inspired by the famous children's story. Mottram creates six examples to illustrate what they might look like in real life.
Apart from the boots, my favourite drawing is the first one. The little mouse standing in front of the ancient tree. It's taking a well deserved rest. I can imagine all sorts of conversations going on between the two, when the tree awakens.
Now time for you to build on your own stories...
