American Artist PaperBaker drew all of the mythical creatures you see on this page.
There are different species of dragons, styles, mediums and paper backgrounds.
Ink and pencil are both used to capture the imagination, of these majestic fantasy animals, form within artists' minds.
Amongst my favourites are: The dragon I named the white albino. The details are so subtle. They are expressed in a colour just off of white. It was a smart choice to use a dark background, in the form of the sky and clouds as they really help the dragon shine in the foreground.
I love the detailing on the fire breathing dragon. In particular the wings. They are so beautifully detailed. Not only the bone structure, but also the creases in the skin that connect all of the bones and span their entire lengths.
There is so much more to see. I am hoping you are having a restful weekend and that you can take your time with these sketches and realistic drawings. Have a wonderful Sunday.
