Drawing studies that focus on many different aspects of the drawing/sketch process.
Anjjaemi (Ahn Jaehyun) drew all of the images you see on this page.
The artist describes these images as a study in "Light and Shadows" and I thought it would be a good part of the title to explain what to expect from this post. There is so much more going on. Specifically, the way in which Anjjaemi explains the process with imagery.
Each subject comes with a variety of sketches that show the following: Different perspectives. A gradual increase in detailing throughout each image. The art goes from a simplified version of the subject, all the way to a realistic-looking image. When you take a good look at them, you see that each sheet is like a mini tutorial. It's not expressed in words, but images.
I hope you get a lot out of this post. That is whether you are looking for enjoyment, learning from the examples, or both.
if you don't like spiders, avoid drawing number 10. It's the last one on the page.
Ps. I gave the images some titles.
