Scenes of nature and two animals that include a dog and a hare. They are drawn with soft pastel sticks.

There are many drawings that involve water. I have to admit that these are the ones I prefer. Past that, I don't mind if it's a sea beach scene or if it's a stream running through a forest.
There is also a plant/architectural terrace. The pergola and the climbing plants provide what I imagine is shade on a very warm summer's day. The one thing I would expect to see is some comfortable seating and/or a large dining table and chairs. It looks like a wonderful place to relax in.
The next drawing I want to mention is the last drawing on the page. The one I named the fast-moving river... It's not just about the beauty of the scene and the lovely drawing, but also about the edges of the piece that are not perfectly finished. This is where you see the telltale signs of how the layered colours and details fit together to give this amazing place a realistic look.
