Animal Drawings Steeped in Zentangle

Gorgeous animal rendered more stylish, whilst wearing a coat of zentangle shapes.
Forget about hairs or feathers, Maldivian artist Maahyart, covers his animals with geometric shapes and then colors most of them to bring out the patterns, making it look like a kind of exoskeleton, or suit or armour.  Maahy is a self taught illustrator and photographer, his drawings include real life animals, fantasy ones and the ones in between.  When you are finished with this post, you can see more of his work on DesignStack, in the link below.
