Lego-Style Micro Apartment 24m²

Another Micro Apartment that makes very good use of a small Apartment, that used to be a pigeon loft.  The Apartment is on the 5th floor and you have to climb 100 steps to get to it.  Christian Schallert takes his inspiration from space saving and furniture used on boats and Japanese Architecture.  The Bed actually stores under the Lower Balcony platform.  There is a further balcony on top of the roof as can be seen on the image above.  The Apartment is situated in Barcelona, Spain and measures 24m² which is 258 square feet.
