Stippling Artist Nicholas Baker maintains animals and nature at the centre of his work.

Slightly different styles and approaches, which have that running theme bring them together.

Most of the places depicted, are the scenes that we associate with health, relaxation and a closer bond to nature.

Little dots of ink, his patience, many fineliners and a lot of talent, form part of the winning recipe that brought this page together.

I hope your travels trough the post will allow you to extract some of that relaxing feeling.  By reminding yourself of the real thing.

    It seems (to me) that there are a lot of people out there doing these types of drawings (ie: putting animals w other objects (attached) and adding to them other non animal aspects, must be a trend?)
    I do however like the ones you have titled:The Fibonacci sequence and nature. and: Nature on a clipboard. They step out of that 'trend' into more of an indivigualistic area. Which is nice to see. (taking it above the trend)
    the "The Fibonacci sequence and nature" drawing is excellent. Taking the two different elements and moving them easily into one. A clash of form. I like that. I also like the clip board one because it gives the illusion that someone sat down by their desk and was concentrating on something else, and absentmindedly, they grabbed the nearest or maybe only thing to draw on and put down on paper where they'd really like to be.
    all very excellent in technique though.
