Going back to what I was saying in the first paragraph... I don't know what it is, the animals she depicts have these beautifully relaxed poses and demeanour, which help put you right at ease.
Graphite and ink are the tools of choice on this page. That said, she is more focused on street painting and murals. Of which you can see more on her site.
