Belgian Artist Patricia Welffens produces art ,which includes many different aspects we can relate to. The personal touch is what brings you close to the piece. It carries you back to the time it happened to you or, witnessed occurring to somebody else.
Then there are the images which span across fantasy land, to find themselves in a surreal region of the mind. This includes the elephant sitting on the sofa, the fish in the eye and the tiger following the mouse out of the painting.This is followed by a hat tip to the 7th-century European folk tale, Little Red Riding Hood.
Finally... The first image on this page, the horologist fixing and adjusting one of the time peaces in a sea of watches.
