Japanese Artist OPojitibu created all of the drawings you see on this page.
These drawings have been accomplished by using a white color pencil on a black sheet of paper.
I love the contrast this combination brings to life. You get to notice and appreciate so much more of the illustration.
My absolute favourite is the "Smiling Quokka". The reason is in the title. They are one of the most amazing animals on the planet. Quokka are always pictured with a smile on their faces. How can you not love such a positive looking creature?
The second drawing I would put on that list is the parrot and its raised crest of feathers. In the case of the picture above, it assumes the feel of an inquisitive look at the quokka. : )
A lot more fur and feathers - Predators and prey - Imposing and cute on their way to you below. And it all culminates with the sweet Siberian chipmunk.
